Schedule of Services and Fees
By scheduling a session the client is agreeing to the following conditions regarding payment and any prior financial accommodations.
- Interpersonal Connection Sessions take place via phone or in person. Clients have the option of choosing either 1 hour or 35 minute sessions.
- Confidentiality will be maintained unless clients present with active thought patterns for harm to self or others. In this event, information will be shared with the individual’s health care provider or emergency personnel.
- A 24-hour notice of cancellation is requested. There will be a $25 surcharge for all missed appointments without 24 hours notice. Surcharges will be sent via PayPal.
- All sessions are billed via PayPal invoicing. Payment is due before the time of your appointment. Invoices for payment will be sent directly to the client's email.
- In addition to the session fee, a $25 late fee will be added to the session fee and sent via PayPal for service fees not received within 30 days of the scheduled session.
- Prior sessions must be paid in full before future sessions are scheduled.

- Payment will be sent via PayPal invoicing and is due prior to the session.
- A PayPal fee of $7.50 USD/ session in the US and $9.00/USD for sessions abroad will be applied to the invoice which will cover transaction fees.
- As of 2024 a New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax in the amount of 8.44% is required by law and will be added to all services provided to New Mexico residents only.
- Sessions will be recorded upon request.
- Recordings will be held on the conferencing site for approximately 7 days and then deleted.
