About Elizabeth de Prospero

Elizabeth (Beth) de Prospero, MAMS, BSN, earned a Master’s degree in Applied Meditative Studies at the Won Institute of Graduate Studies and a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from Rutgers University. In March of 2014, she earned a diploma from the Santa Fe School of Massage with the intention of incorporating more understanding of how trauma is displayed and experienced somatically.

Beth’s past professional experiences have included supervising and providing care to both in-patients and out-patients in psychiatric settings as well as offering community mental health education to the public.

In addition, Beth received psychodynamic and Interpersonal Therapy training and supervision during her work as a Clinical Research Nurse/Health Specialist at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Medicine. Her specialties have included implementing NIMH funded grants that provided mental health interventions and treatment in fields of geriatric and general psychiatry.
